Critical Mass is the agency you need when you don’t want an agency. We provide all the services you expect from a more prominent agency without all the industry jargon, account reps, and fancy lunches. The team you work with are the people that actually do the work. After 20 years in the business, we have transitioned from a traditional ad agency to a design house and marketing partner. We believe great creative is mandatory, but our guiding measure of success is achieving sales success.
Over recent years we have gone from strength-to-strength in the digital space – this is now core to our business. We are a Google Partner and have an extensive website-building background.
